The amateur painter's greeting from the hospital
I warmly welcome you to my website, “New Online Gallery For Pictures, Paintings And Drawings!”. Here, I can share with you my cherished creations that express my emotions through painting, drawing, and poetry.
My story began with slowly spreading muscle weakness, which became so severe that I had to give up my previous life and profession. By 1998, my condition had worsened so much that I fell into a coma and unconsciously repeated that I was forty years old, as I had hoped to live to that age.
The turn of the millennium brought change to my life as well: - Fate took away my ability to move freely. I live on a ventilator in a Respiratory Rehabilitation Ward. - However, fate also gave me something: the opportunity to create. I started painting and drawing over 25 years ago, and ever since, art has filled my days. Being confined to bed has brought out interesting deep colors, varied shapes, and themes. My online gallery is my studio, as well as my hospital bed. One could say that I am the original “bed artist”!
My hand only moves from the wrist, but I believe that drawing and painting are not about manual dexterity, but about the soaring imagination and the joy of creation: - For me, taking a walk means painting a landscape, - every time I bend down to pet a dog, I draw one instead, - when I feel homesick and want to go home, I paint Szentendre.
I am truly happy when my creations are purchased and my completed paintings and drawings are hung on the walls of living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, hospitals, hotels, or offices. This is the real honor of my life.
If you're not yet sure about purchasing my art, you can download them as wallpaper for your monitor, as well as in various themes as postcards or short films.
I hope that my creations bring you as much joy as they have brought me in creating them. Thank you for taking the time to visit my online art gallery!

Thoughts on Amateur Painter and Her beautiful paintings and creative drawings
Dear Zsuzsa, I have received the painting, and I am absolutely thrilled and thankful for it. I am delighted to be the owner of this masterpiece. Wishing you continued success and a joyous new year filled with achievements. Warm regards, István Ef Zámbó István Ef Zámbó, a painter, Munkácsi Mihály Award recipient, and Knight of the Hungarian Order of Merit, for the painting "Trapped in a Virus," January 3, 2021.
It is evident that the artist has a deep passion for painting, which serves as a unique form of self-expression for her:
Her artwork revolves around the theme of togetherness, depicting the bond between a man and a woman, or between animals, human and canine companionship, intertwined forms, or lines converging towards a common vanishing point. This can be interpreted as a distinctive struggle against the feeling of loneliness.
The artist's palette is characterized by bright, unmixed colors, imbuing her works with an optimistic tone.
In her paintings, she blends the various perspectives of post-Impressionism (flatness, decorative elements, etc.) with the imagery of naïve art.
Fearlessly, she fuses the classic Hungarian tradition of painting with her own visual language. As a result, her works may feature the constructive landscapes of Jenő Barcsay or the colorful hot air balloons reminiscent of Pál Szinyei Merse.
Peter Fertőszögi, an art historian and Chairman of the KOGART Foundation, on my artwork, August 1, 2018.
How could one classify this artist as an Impressionist? The Impressionists painted outdoors, capturing the play of light. Zsuzsa paints outdoors, capturing the light, but her body is confined within four walls. God has granted us free will. We have the choice to decide whether we want to live, admire this beautiful world, and show our fellow human beings what it means to us. Zsuzsa's every work is a thank-you to God for the opportunity to serve her fellow humans. It's a way to demonstrate the beauty of this created world, which we, the healthy, often tend to forget. She helps us stand up, run through flowery meadows, and breathe in the fresh air deeply. Szabolcs Eperjesi, architect, at the opening of the "Rusyn Churches" exhibition, April 1, 2019, in Miskolc.
